Reconstructive surgeries are performed to treat body structures that have been affected aesthetically or functionally by injury, disease, congenital defects, infection, tumors or developmentally abnormalities. Reconstructive procedures can improve function and ability, and are often performed to help achieve a normal appearance.
General Procedures
FaceLift (Rhytidectomy/SeptoPlasty)
The goal of a facelift is to improve the symptoms of aging in the face and neck. These include sagging, deep fold lines, jowls and extra fat appearing as a double chin for “turkey neck”.
Fat transplant
This procedure plumps up a patient’s facial or body feature using his or her own fat. Results include minimized wrinkles, reduced scarrinig and deformity correction.
Injectables
Also known as facial fillers, injectables are used to rejuvenate skin by reducing or eliminating wrinkles, raising scar depression, enhancing list and replacing solf-tissue volume loss. These products provide temporary to long-lasting solutions.
Scar Revision
A scar is an area of fibrous tissue that replaces normal skin after injury. While a natural part of the healing process, scars can make a person self-conscious. Scar revision minimizes a scar so it is more consistent with your skin tone and texture.
Skin Cancer Removal
Using special techniques to preserve your health and appearance, cancerous growths and other skin lesions can be surgically removed.
Ear
Ear Surgery (Otoplasty)
Appropriate for children and adults, ear surgery creates a more natural shape that then brings balance and proportion to the ears and face. This procedure changes overly large and/or protruding ears, and corrects poor results of previous ear surgeries.
Eye
Brow Lift
A brow (or forehead) lift can create a more youthful look by reducing forehead and frown lines; raising sagging brows; and positioning the eyebrows in a more alert position.
Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
Performed on the upper lids and/or lower lids, eyelid surgery can rejuvenate the area around your eyes. It is done to remove sagging skin, reduce puffiness and bags, and correct drooping lower eyelids that reveal white below the iris.

Neck Lift
A neck lift may be recommended when, due to aging, a person’s neck area doesn’t match his or her upper facial features. Jowls, excess fatty deposits, loose neck skin and abnormal contours can be corrected wit this procedure.

Rhinoplasty
Often referred to as a “nose job” or “nose reshaping”, this procedure is done to create facial harmony, correct nasal proportions and correct structural nasal defects.
Breast
Mastectomy
A mastectomy is the complete removal of breast tissue from the chest. This procedure is a common aggressive treatment for advanced breast cancer or can be used as a preventative measure for women who have a family history of breast cancer. Mastectomy can be performed on a single breast or it can be a double mastectomy.
